Lock marked “Maubeuge / Manuf” with a “7” near the pan, breech marked with an “8 N / LN 93” with “LECHEVIN” on the barrel tang, and “B/1814” on the left side of the breech; also displayed are scattered inspectors’ marks. The walnut stock features a cut out cheek piece, three-barrel bands, a trumpet head ramrod, sling swivels and a finger groove triggerguard.
