EX U.S. Cartridge Company Collection
European Over/Under percussion two-barrel pistol with gorgeous gold-washed barrels and frame. The pistol with folding trigger features cap box in the butt that displays a lion face with full mane. There is an impressed crown struck into the wood on the left side.
This piece, serial number 24, was likely one piece from a very fancy garniture. (The number 1521 is struck into the wood below the bottom tang indicating that this was once part of the US Cartridge Company collection.)

Measurement: .40-caliber bores; overall length: 7.25"; barrel length: 2.75"
Item Condition: Excellent original condition, mechanically fine. About 98% of the original gold remains, trivial thinning on hammers.
