A barn/privy lantern displaying a great surface… the wire bail handle centering pierced chimney vent under the domed sheet iron heat/spark shield; chamfered top edges, projecting molded base… the chamfered corner posts are mortised top and bottom and are secured by iron pins. The door with canted edges is of mortise, tenon and wood peg joinery; door hangs from original butt hinges A most interesting removeable single sheet iron candle socket having an integral waisted drip pan is within [made like a peg lamp post].
