A William and Mary turned ladderback armchair… original finials above ring-turned posts joining four arched splats and turned arms; front posts, ring and baluster turned featuring beautiful mushroom cap handholds. Woven splint seat: legs are joined by double box stretcher

Item Condition: Rear legs are ended-out at stretcher; original surface history... the yellow paint displays a dry patina and dates to the nineteenth century.
