Found long ago in Connecticut, circa 1750-1780

18th Century Tabletop Box, Original Red Paint

The slightly domed cleated top on conforming case of dovetail joinery; bottom attached with rosehead nails; large strap lock hasp; two pair original history straps hinges. The
top now attached with very old leather hinges, one with updated leather (Original remains with box).

Measurement: Height: 9"; width: 23"; depth: 16"

Material: Red pine, poplar, and white pine...beautiful red paint
