A well-made simple case featuring projecting and canted top and bottom. The topsides and back of the single drawer are also chamfered.
By decent the box landed with Ralph Vaugn Bennett of Center Tuftonboro, New Hampshire. A quick check of genealogy produced family information including that Ralph lived from 1895 to 1971.
