King William lll delftware charger, a commemorative piece showing King William at the time he and his wife, Queen Mary, were installed as the king and queen of England in 1688 [his reign ended in 1702]. The so-called blue dash chargers we popular during the late seventeenth century and were not made in the eighteenth century.
