The top with molded edge retains original wrought iron strap hinges and displays traces of paint and a rich dark patina.
The interior features a wonderful lift-top till beneath which are a pair of short drawers that conceal yet another pair of drawers’ [behind]. The dovetail joined case on slightly projecting molded base is raised on very good ball feet.
