[Cal. 32 Long RF. Serial number: 1876]. Barrel 18″ heavy weight full octagonal with combination front sight and folding peep at rear. Manufactured 1872-1900, later version with improved curvature in front of trigger, iron frame, bushed firing pin and redesigned hammer. Nickel plated frame, butt and matching numbered skeleton shoulder stock. Left side of frame under grip matching numbered plus w/ “6”. The butt, barrel, barrel latch and both grips (in pencil) matching numbered. Backstrap factory drilled and tapped for No. 34 1/2 vernier sight. Nitre bluing on rear sight, stock attachment screw, hammer and trigger; all very good. Frame at 1 1/4 ” width, heavy barrel and beefier stock all more robust than Pocket Rifle it’s modeled after.
Serial Number: 1876; the stock is numbered to the gun.

Item Condition: Very good overall appearance with minor light marks on bluing. Solid frame plating with trivial speckled appearance; mostly on right. Cleaned peppery oxidation on stock that is still bright. Very good grips with ever-so-minor handling marks. Fair, bright worn bore w/ areas of cleaned pitting most noticeable at midpoint.
